All new monthly subscriptions qualify for a full refund if requested within 14 days of the first payment.
No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans may be eligible for a pro-rated refund if canceled within the first 30 days.
Submit a request via contact form or email billing@finizo.com with your invoice number.
If a refund is denied, you may appeal within 15 days. All decisions are final.
